Location Data: We use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so. This is essential for our automated routing logic to connect Customers with the nearest Shopkeeper or Installation Service Provider (ISP).
Multimedia Data: To verify service completion, we require access to your device’s Camera and Photo Library to upload photo and video proof of installations.

KNOX Electronics uses the collected data for various purposes:
To provide and maintain the Service.
To notify you about changes to our Service.
Supply Chain Traceability: To track product serial numbers from Dealers to final Customers.
Order Fulfillment: To route installation and delivery requests to the nearest available provider.
Financial Processing: To calculate commissions and facilitate disbursements to Shopkeepers and ISPs.
To provide customer support and monitor the usage of the Service.
3. Disclosure of Data

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, such as PayPro (for payment processing), Firebase (for push notifications), and Google Maps (for location services).
